By activating a TapFast NFC card, creating a digital profile or otherwise using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

TapFast PH provides NFC-enabled digital business cards that link to a public profile you create and maintain. Each physical card ships with a unique activation code that permanently binds to a single profile on first use.

You are responsible for keeping your activation code confidential until first use. Once a code is activated, it is permanently linked to the resulting profile and cannot be transferred.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish on your profile.

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, text, links). By publishing it via TapFast, you grant us a limited licence to host, display and distribute that content solely to operate the service.

You must not use TapFast for unlawful, misleading, harmful or infringing activity. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

The TapFast name, logo, website design and software are the property of TapFast PH. You may not copy, modify or resell them without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapFast PH is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the card.

We may suspend or terminate profiles that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may request deletion of your profile at any time by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
