Effective: January 1, 2026Last updated: July 22, 2026

01.Introduction

TapFast PH ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). This policy describes what data we handle when you use our website, NFC cards and digital profiles.

02.Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when activating a card and building your profile: full name, business name, job title, phone, email, address, social links and profile photo.

We also collect basic technical information (device type, IP address, referrer) required to serve the website securely.

03.How We Use Your Information

We use your information to display your public digital business card, operate and secure the service, prevent fraud and communicate with you about updates related to your card.

04.Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to run the platform (hosting, database), or when required by law.

05.Data Retention

Profile data is retained for as long as your card is active. You may request deletion at any time and we will remove your data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

06.Security

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, access controls and audited infrastructure — to protect your data. No system is fully secure; we notify affected users of any material breach as required by law.

07.Your Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access, correct, object, erase, and to data portability. Submit requests via our Contact page.

08.Cookies

We use minimal cookies and similar technologies. See the Cookie Policy for details.
